This one is witty.
It's something that a Tunisian I know says in his dialect and that makes me laugh everytime, for some reason. It just sounds silly and I like it.
"Enzil 3al bouton yahbitt el citron."
In English: "Press the button, falls the lemon."
I decided to make a painting with it. The result is amusing and suggestive. It sort of annonces the arrival of spring and summer and the excitement that comes triggered by the summer arrival after long months of cold and darkness.
