This being said, if for any reason you want to return or exchange an order you received, please contact me and I will do my best to find a way to accomodate you.

To help me understand the problem you encounter and facilitate it's resolution, please do the following:

I placed an order and I made a mistake, I need to change somenthing or cancel my order

There is a very short time frame where it is possible to make changes in an order. This is due to the nature of creating customized products that are created by our vendors once it has reached production.

For this reason, I recommend contacting me as fast as possible to give me a chance to do the necessary adjustments in time, even if you think it might be too late already.

To allow for the best possibilities to modify your order or cancel it , please do the following:

  1. For Subject, select Order change in the contact form or type Order change for the subject, if using your email inbox.
  2. Add the order number in the provided field in the form ( If sent from your inbox, in your email message ).
  3. Provide the exact change you want to make.

I need my order before the estimated time

For Wall Art Prints and Merchandise Art Prints

I'm happy to help you with your accelerated delivery order inquiry! My goal is for you to have a delightful overall experience with my products and services.

This is a time sensitive request.

I am limited in what I can personnally do to speed up production and shipping of print products. This is due to the nature of creating customized products that are created by our vendors. However, I can certainly contact them and see what is possible on their part to accomodate your needs and if an expedite is possible.

The timeframe for you to receive an order includes the time of production AND the shipping time.

Different products take different times to produce and added options can add time to the production. Choosing overnight shipping will not change the production time but will only accelerate the shipping timeframe. Also, shipping delays may occur during the holiday season due to the current economic climate for the major shipping carriers.

For this reason, I recommend contacting me as fast as possible to give me a chance to do the necessary adjustments in time.

I will notify you quickly, as soon as I get any information, so we can make this happen!

Maybe you didn't already place an order. You might of just checked out estimated times and realized you it would most likely arrive later than you wish. Or you simply know that you want to order something and that it is important to receive it on or before a certain date.

To allow for the best possibilities to accelerate your order, please do the following:

  1. Add the Subject Order rush to your message.
  2. Go to my Art Shop.
  3. Select the product you want and add all the options that you need.
  4. When you are done, just before the step of adding to the cart, you will see a summary of your choices. I will need this exact information to see if an expedite is possible. To send me the information, you can either, copy-paste it, take a screenshot or type the exact information in your message.
  5. Provide the date or acceptable dates that would satisfy you.
  6. Include the full and exact address of destination for the package.

I didn't receive a shipping notification yet or the wait for delievery is longer than expected

The timeframe for you to receive an order includes the time of production AND the shipping time.

You know that your order is still in production if you didn't yet receive an email to notify you that your order has shipped. If you received the shipped order notification, you will count the time for shipping starting from this date.

Production and shipping time is calculated in business days. Therefore, weekends and US national holidays should not be taken into account.

For orders that are in production or transit for less than the stated timeframes, do not contact support
