If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Our Policy Sections

Our policies have differences depending on the type of Goods offered. At the moment, We offer only prints that are produced by different print fulfillment services and Vendors. We rely on their production and shipping times to offer you this service. Please refer to the section of each type of Goods to know what to expect for each one. As We add other types of Goods, like originals and limited prints, We will also add these specific policy sections.

Free shipping!

Shipping for any Goods category offered by Our Services is covered by Us.

Shipping is free for any destination and for any shipping method.

If there are shipping fees displayed in your shopping cart, please use the coupon code FREESHIP to remove all shipping fees. Shipping fees are automatically removed for wall art prints. The coupon code FREESHIP must be used to remove shipping fees for merchandise art prints.

Timeframe to receive your order

Shipping times are listed as business days and do not include production time for any Goods category. You will receive an email notification when Your Order has shipped. Shipping time starts from this email notification.

Choosing 2-Day and Overnight (delivery next day) shipping methods does not change production times.

Each Order is a custom work of art printed just for You. Please consult each Goods category section below to find the production time to expect. You can then add the shipping time specified for each category or shipping method to get the total timeframe to expect before receiving Your Order.

Shipping Time

Shipping carriers are forecasting longer than normal transit times. We recommend placing orders early to account for any delays on the part of the shipping carriers.

For orders that are in transit for less than the stated timeframes, do not contact our support team. If you have orders in transit for longer than the timeframes listed below, please contact Shipping Support by using the VIP Support Section on my Contact Page   with your Order number for further instructions.

International orders under 1 pound will ship using USPS international mail.

Delivery time with USPS, which is not guaranteed, varies by destination and is typically 1-4 weeks.


For all orders over 1 pound, we will ship using FedEx International Economy. 

Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days to most major world markets.


Receiver is responsible for additional charges incurred by customs, duties and taxes.

APO shipping is sent via USPS.

Lost in Transit

Packages are considered lost in transit when the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. A package is considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe.

95% of our parcels are delivered within these time frames. The production times are shown for stocked apparel items. Occasionally, some items are not kept in stock at the manufacturer and this may incur a longer production time.
The percentages displayed in the table are the percentage of orders at that specific stage/number of days in production. Date ranges for the data are trailing 2-weeks.

We are working daily with our shipping providers to continuously monitor timelines and optimize as best as possible. Shipping times can vary for both products and variants. Variances in shipping times can occur due to the following scenarios:

  • Increase in overall shipping times during the holiday peak season.
  • International orders with limited tracking as they go through customs and are being shipped by sea/air.
  • USPS orders requiring extra days during sorting.
